Formation is redefined with the thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering loading card. Thanks to the innovative in-house development including software, thyssenkrupp offers you the opportunity to increase your product quality and save time at the same time.

The charging electronics make it possible to access the internal behavior of the cell and independently adjust its processes during formation. The integrated measurement functions on each channel make it possible to significantly improve product quality and service life.

The charging card is supplied with an intuitive software tool that can be used immediately.

The formation process can be adapted via drag-and-drop within the software without any programming knowledge, enabling simple operation.

The software offers the option of saving and versioning all process parameters of the cells and evaluating them using diagrams.
