We realize end-of-line test systems for lithium-ion cells, modules and battery systems for the automotive industry and other industrial applications. These can be test systems with a high manual involvement, and also completely automated test systems. Our test systems continually adapt to the production process and volume ramp-up curve of our customers. We use wherever possible standard industrial components and components suitable for series production which are available worldwide. This enables us to achieve a high ease-of-maintenance level and simple servicing and repair.

With over 30 years' experience, we are an established supplier of cycle time-optimized test systems for mass production in the automotive industry – across the globe. We are proud of the fact that we have delivered several hundred test systems in the combustion engine and gearbox sector alone, including to Daimler and Volkswagen. Our expertise in drive train testing forms the basis for the battery test facilities.

The combination of our own hardware and test facility software means we are able to attain the best possible cycle times. These can be tailored to the customer’s very own needs – something which is valued most by our customers. We call it the "all-in-one software concept" because all measuring capabilities, components and residual bus simulation required (in real-time via the CAN bus) are integrated in the test software.

Statistical analysis and numerous setting options open up to our customers a broad spectrum of selection and analysis options. Also, trained customer personnel are able to make changes and enhancements themselves.
