With adm, we already established the basis for Industry 4.0 for our customers more than 20 years ago. Since then we have been using this Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in our own as well as third-party systems. It covers the specific challenges of data management in series production environments. adm has three modules: Production Management System (PMS), Machine Data Analysis (MDA) and Quality Data Management (QDM). They can be integrated and retrofitted individually or in parallel, independently of one another. With our intuitive system, you benefit from low training and administration costs and low investment costs. Real-time monitoring for efficient maintenance of your new facilities & existing systems
The implementation of adm modules is possible in new and existing plants and is scalable to any plant size. A major feature of the functional scope is the web-based output of selected production results or machine statuses on a PC, tablet or smartphone. The recorded data can be transferred via the system server to a higher level ERP system. Storage in a cloud application is possible under consideration of all related security requirements. We react quickly and reliably to your individual requirements for the output of key figures and dashboards.
