Quality control? But of course!

We at thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering are both: A manufacturer of turnkey test facilities, individual test stands and test systems and supplier of valuable know-how. Together with our customers, our engineers are constantly improving test scenarios for combustion engines or transmissions. Optimal parameters for product testing are set mainly in our own development centers in Bremen and Hannover. Intensive product management dictates that we put our own products to the test bench every day, consistently working on improvements and innovations.

Modularity is the keyword

As much modularity as possible, as much individuality as necessary. The standardized modules we work with can be combined in a modular system. At the same time the test system is growing with the customer requirement. Custom-tailored, custom-fit, tested for reliability.

Our specially developed test bench software ups32 and ups64 allows us, for example to be able to respond to production-specific test requirements fast and result-oriented – this is what distinguishes us.

Whether prototypes or mass production, manual switches or modern automatic transmissions, we help our customers to ensure that no defective products leave the plant, becoming expensive.

We draw from a wealth of experience gained in the course of more than 30 years of close cooperation with automobile manufacturers and suppliers. This we will gladly share – locally and globally.

Our solutions include End of Line tests for all types of gearboxes and internal combustion engines for electrical drive trains and for batteries. With unit tests to check turbo charger and mechatronics modules. We also handle Integrate Quality Assurance in combustion engine and battery installation (IQA).
