Courage to invest in new technologies is crucial

The development of hydrogen technologies has been gaining enormous momentum in Germany since 2023 at the latest - confirmed by the update of the "National Hydrogen Strategy". According to this strategy, an electrolyer capacity of ten gigawatts is to be installed by 2030 and Germany is to become a leading supplier of hydrogen technologies. Significant production capacities must therefore be created for both electrolyser and fuel cell production.
